Multi-Agency Practice Development Groups

The WY-FI Project has set up five Multi-Agency Practice Development Groups (PDGs) across West Yorkshire. The groups are open to front-facing staff who support, or have contact with with people experiencing multiple needs.

The groups are facilitated by WY-FI’s Workforce Development and Learning Co-ordinator

With a focus on people with multiple needs, the aims of the group are to develop practice by:

Improving confidence and skills in working with challenging individuals
To understand each other’s work
To share good practice
To support each other to overcome specific difficulties
To identify any gaps or barriers in services, and
To improve the service user experience of services

You can visit the WY-FI Calendar to see when the next round of PDGs are taking place. New ones are regularly added in, so keep checking the WY-FI calendar for new dates.
