WY-FI Project

West Yorkshire – Finding Independence | Supporting people with multiple needs

Briefings, reports and other publications

We’ve created a number of briefings, reports and other publications since the project began in 2014. This collection includes the key ones we’ve produced – covering the HARM and other impact briefings, system change priorities and other publications.

Sustaining What Works

We’re continually reflecting on and analysing what’s worked across West Yorkshire, as well as specifically in each locality. You can read more in the following ‘Sustaining what works’ publications.

HARM Impact Briefings

We’ve created briefings to summarise the impact we’ve had on services across West Yorkshire – in the HARM areas of homelessness, addiction, reoffending and mental health.

We’ve also created additional briefings that consider the wider impact and future demand of services, as well as overall evidence and outcomes from the project.

Focus on: System Change Priorities

WY-FI has three system change priorities. They’ve been designed to help us achieve our overall goal of supporting people experiencing multiple needs to live a more fulfilling life.

We’ve created ‘Focus on’ publications to explain each one.
