Louise’s story is an example of how supported recovery can transform a person’s life. From divorce, addiction and unemployment, Louise is now stable in recovery and has a job helping other people turn their lives around.

You can read a snippet of Louise’s story here.

Louise’s full story, along with other handouts, will be available at an event that’s taking place next week in Kirklees, called ‘Continuing the Conversation – Multiple & Complex Needs Network’.

As well as handouts, there’ll be speakers and workshops focusing on Person-Centered Care, Co-Production, Multi-Agency Partnerships and System / Policy Change.

Continuing the Conversation is taking place on Friday 22nd March, 9.30am – 4.30pm at Huddersfield Mission, 3 – 13 Lord Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1QA.

There are just a few remaining tickets available – see full event details and book here.
