The latest Insight Summary Briefing covers the period from June 2017 to November 2017.
Beneficiaries were interviewed by peer mentors and staff with lived experience. They asked them a variety of questions about the services they’ve received before and after working with WY-FI.
Overall responses were positive, with more than 90% saying that they found their experience with their Navigator was better, or consistently better than expected. And experiences across services have improved.
Comments from respondents included, “WY-FI is always there to help me and just a phone call or text away”, and “My Navigator has been very patient. Now trust him implicitly, and my life has so many positives.”
